I'm a wife, mom, attorney, and the writer behind Miles & Reverie.
I believe that meaningful memories are built in the everyday moments—and that life's hardest days are often best met with a little planning, determination, and a lot of humor.
This space began as a way to document our experiences and preserve the little moments that pass too quickly. Along the way, it became a place to share family travel, military life, motherhood, and the beauty of embracing the season you're in.

At its core, Miles & Reverie is about seeing the world through her eyes.
We're a military family learning that life rarely waits for the perfect season.
We believe adventure isn't always found in faraway places. Sometimes it's found in a family walk, a holiday tradition, a new trail, or an ordinary Tuesday you'll one day miss.
Whether we're exploring the outdoors, decorating for the holidays, chasing a sunset on vacation, or simply enjoying a slow weekend at home, we believe the best parts of life rarely happen when conditions are perfect.
Miles & Reverie is our reminder to embrace the life we're living today—not the one we're waiting for someday.

Our Philosophy
We don't believe parenthood means putting your dreams on hold.
Instead, we're bringing our daughter along for the ride and showing her that the world is bigger, kinder, and more accessible than she might imagine.
From cross-country flights and national parks to quiet mornings at home, we're showing her the world while discovering it ourselves.
We hope she'll grow up knowing that adventure doesn't require perfect timing—it simply requires saying yes.
