Hi, I’m Christina — attorney by day, traveler at heart, and the voice behind Miles & Reverie. I’m in my mid-30s, married to my favorite soldier, raising our adventurous little girl, chasing sunsets with our dogs in tow, and trying to collect as many National Parks stamps as possible along the way.

Like many moms, I know how easy it is to wait for the “right time” to travel — when life slows down, when the baby sleeps better, when things feel less chaotic. But somewhere between military moves, toddler snack negotiations, airport meltdowns, and magical mountain mornings, I realized that some of the best memories happen in the middle of the beautifully imperfect moments.

Miles & Reverie is where I share our family’s travels, favorite destinations, unique stays, practical travel hacks, and the little pockets of beauty that make everyday life feel extraordinary. Whether it’s a cozy cabin near a National Park, a relaxing weekend escape, or tips for traveling with a wild child, my hope is to inspire other moms and families to book the trip, take the photos, embrace the adventure, and create a life filled with reverie along the way.

Beyond the Miles

While travel will always be a big part of our story, Miles & Reverie has become just as much about the life we're building between trips.

As a military family, we've learned that home isn't always a place—sometimes it's the traditions we create, the memories we make, and the people we share them with. These days you'll often find us decorating for the next holiday well before it arrives, dreaming up simple home projects, chasing a curious toddler, and finding beauty in the wonderfully imperfect rhythm of everyday life.

Motherhood has taught me that some of life's greatest adventures happen in the ordinary moments. The goal isn't perfection—it's being present, embracing the chaos, and creating a life filled with memories worth looking back on.
